Black Diffusion/FX is a distinctive diffusion filter refined in its ability to reduce fine sharp detail and produce a minimal effect on bounced and reduced highlights. The filter appears non-destructive with minimal color saturation reduction, keeping facial features such as eyes and hair sharp on the focal plane while unwanted skin detail smoothly blends away. Made using ColorCore technology, the filter is laminated between 2 pieces of optical glass and ground to a tolerance of 1/10,000th of an inch.
